Hydrating and anti-wrinkle Mask


Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of milk (you can use half-half which has a high concentration of both the milk protein and milk fat), a few drops of olive oil (you can replace this Vitamin E oil), a small amount of oat flour (you can also use whole wheat flour)

Instruction: mix milk, olive oil and enough amount of oat or whole wheat flour, stir to obtain a soft paste with a creamy consistency.  Spread the paste over your clean face.  Leave for 20 minutes.  Rinse off with water.

Effect: Milk and olive oil both have excellent hydrating effect.  Vitamin E in olive oil is a good antioxidant with excellent anti-wrinkle effect.  Oat flour or whole wheat flour not only serve as a natural base for the mask but also contains B vitamins and amino acids, both serve to tighten and tone the skin.
