Yogurt is probably one of the most commonly used ingredients

with lactic acid, protein, vitamins, minerals, and probiotics. Lactic acid is a natural AHA, which
exfoliates the skin and helps reduce acne breakouts and appearance of wrinkles
and even skin tone. Yogurt’s low pH helps restore the skin to its natural
slightly acidic state and the nutrients in the yogurt help nourishing the
skin.
